The Neuhaus Private Investigations Agency is led by its founder, a former senior officer of the criminal investigation police and an international expert in the fight against organized crime. All team members uphold impeccable integrity and receive specialized training in private investigation within the agency itself.

Mr. Gérald Neuhaus served in the criminal investigation police from 1991 to 2013, leading investigations across various areas of criminal law. In 2013, he joined the United Nations Mission in Liberia (Africa) as a UNPOL Advisor and later served as Commander of the Swiss contingent. From 2015 to 2018, he held a diplomatic position as Strategic Criminal Police Affairs Officer at the headquarters of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in Vienna, Austria.
He is currently an independent international advisor and trainer specializing in the fight against organized crime. He is also a member of the Swiss Expert Pool for Civilian Peacebuilding within the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, as well as with Justice Rapid Response, a global organization providing specialized judicial experts for rapid deployment in investigations related to war crimes, genocide, crimes against humanity, and human rights violations.
Mr. Neuhaus is the founder and director of “Neuhaus Private Investigations,” active in Switzerland and internationally since 2014 in both investigative services and professional training. He is also responsible for the legal and field training of private investigators and surveillance specialists in accordance with the provisions of the LPGA-OPGA.
